As you may know, Richard lost his 25 year battle with lupus on February 19, 2009. We miss him terribly, but he will forever be in our hearts.
This year my family and I are forming a team, Simko Striders, for the Walk for Lupus Now 2009. We want to raise $1,000.00 in memory of Richard. I need your help. I am asking individuals to walk on September 12, 2009 at Festival Park in Hobart with Simko Striders. Each individual who collect $100 in donations will receive a t-shirt. It doesn't cost anything to walk. If you are unable to walk, YOU MAY SPONSOR ME!!!!

All money raised at this walk will remain in NW Indiana to provide programs and services for lupus patients and their families and to support research into the causes of and cure for lupus.
